Facade Expo 2025: 3rd Edition of the International Trade Fair for Facades and Thermal Modernization of Buildings
Modern facade technologies, innovative insulation systems, next-generation cladding materials, construction chemicals, as well as facade design and modernization — these were the main areas of focus during the 3rd edition of Facade Expo, which took place on December 2–4, 2025, at Ptak Warsaw Expo. The event once again brought together the facade installation market, designers, architects, developers, and manufacturers of facade systems. The trade fair attracted 6 590 professionals — 12% more than last year — confirming its growing status as one of the most important meeting points for the facade and thermomodernization industry in Poland.

Facade Expo 2025 once again brought together the facade installation industry, designers, architects, construction company owners, and distributors of facade materials. Participants of the event had the opportunity to:
- establish cooperation with manufacturers of insulation materials, insulation systems, modular facade systems, and technology suppliers for contractors,
- expand their network of contacts to include architects, facade designers, developers, installation contractors, and construction specialists,
- learn about innovations in glass, clinker, and wooden facades, construction chemicals, fastening systems, and modern construction materials,
- promote their services and products among professionals and representatives of industry media present at the fair.

Summary of the main conference of Facade Expo 2025
Innovations in Facade Design Conference brought together experts from the facade industry who presented practical solutions related to facade design, durability, and modernization. Stowarzyszenie Wykonawców Elewacji prepared a “Facade Technology Demonstration and Training Area”, showcasing current installation techniques and modern facade systems. Instytut Techniki Budowlanej, together with Polską Izbą Budownictwa, conducted the conference “Thermal modernization and Modernization of “The Great Plate”– Challenges and Financing”, focusing on key technical aspects and the implementation possibilities of building modernization. The program was complemented by the industry conference “Durability and Design in Facades”, dedicated to materials, aesthetics, and design trends. All events provided participants with concrete information and practical tools supporting the development of modern facade technologies and the professionalization of the facade industry.
